What Are Social Changes?
Social changes are changes that occur to your social life for example you could find that you start hanging out with another crowd at school or that you are having more fights with your parents and siblings more often than usual. Social changes are changes that occur in your social life but they also link up to emotional changes (which I mentioned before) as the social changes that you experience tend to leave you confused, sad or lonely but don't worry, if you are feeling lonely or confused go and talk to someone or go and chill out for a while doing one a your favorite activities/hobbies. If you are having trouble with friends then don't get caught up trying to change for them just be you, and if they don't accept that then it is time you move on. Just remember that it is god to talk to people, and that you will always have your family to support you.
What Causes Social Changes?
The main influence of your social changes is your decisions. As you are the one incontrol of your body, so if you decide to hang out with a new group of friends then that s your decision. Also another influence of your social life is your hormones as they are controlling your emotions which have a great influence on your social life.
